We grow chickens In kyushu where is rich in nature,
with our selected feed and sun in poultry house.
Founder Yoshiharu Kawazu started chicken sales, found out the taste is all about chicken itself. He participated chicken raising and Hanamidori started.

The meat looks young and fresh, round is gorgious pink so we name them "Hana". We confident about our chicken taste which is chewy and flavor without chickens smell.
About Hakata Mizutaki
Born in Hakata,Raised in Hakata,Mizutaki.
Mizutaki has origin in Keiou period, it was called Hakata-ni,spread to Japan from Hakata.
At the time it was simple flavor with just simmerd chicken and soup, Hakata`s landladies made the flavor more delicious. "Flavor and nutrition to family" They added tofu and vegetables to it.
This home mizutaki was spreaded and restaurant start serving them as Hakata`s flavor.
